Wycliff is an Advocate of the Courts of Judicature of Uganda.
He was called to the Bar in 2013. He holds a Master of Laws in International Business Degree from Uganda Christian University, Mukono.
He is the Principal and founder of TALP Advocates, before which he worked at BNM Advocates as a Partner from January 2017 to September 2018, and prior to that with Okecha Baranyanga & Co. Advocates since 2011. Wycliff worked with Petro Uganda Limited for one year till August 2010.
He has a wealth of experience in handling litigation in both the superior and lower courts in Uganda, handling of debt recovery matters, commercial negotiations, settlements and arbitration involving government agencies, parastatals, national and multinational entities.
He has advised several corporates over the past five years on several matters including ICT, Energy, labour, Banking and Insurance, Insolvency, procurement and tax matters.
